CRESTWOOD, Ky. —
The recent series between Collins and South Oldham has started to turn into a rivalry. The last two meetings have been decided by one point. That trend continued in round three, another close game that came down to the fourth quarter.
The Titans defense did it's part and more. A late interception by Jayden Martin sealed the 28-22 win for Collins.
After an early 21-6 lead at the half, the Titans didn't roll over in the second. Quarterback Kade Goodin had two rushing touchdowns and set a career rushing touchdown record with 43 as a junior. The quarterback added two passing touchdowns to Jason Hence and Avi Delany.
For South, Anthony Dixon scored twice, one rushing and one receiving.
Collins improved to 7-3 on the season, with a bye week ahead of the playoffs. South drop
