The Panera Bread restaurant on the ground floor of Tower 300 in the Renaissance Center — Detroit’s only location — is closing Oct. 28, Crain’s Detroit Business reports.
The closure is part of an ongoing trend at the RenCen, which continues to see an exodus of tenants. General Motors is moving its Detroit headquarters to the new Hudson’s Detroit building on Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit.
All employees have been offered jobs at nearby suburban locations.
