Bengaluru, Oct 25: City police have identified Kannada actor Divya Suresh as the alleged driver involved in a hit-and-run incident in Byatarayanapura on October 4, which left three people injured.

According to the complaint, Kiran G (25) and his cousins Anusha (24) and Anitha (33) were riding a motorcycle when a speeding black car rammed into them near a junction in west Bengaluru. Anitha sustained a fractured leg, while Kiran and Anusha suffered minor injuries. The victims were rushed to BGS Hospital, where Anitha underwent surgery and is recovering.

A case was registered on October 7 under Sections 281 and 125(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with relevant provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act. CCTV footage traced the car to Divya Sur
