CHARLOTTE, N.C. — One person is hospitalized after a shooting in north Charlotte early Saturday morning.

Medic confirmed the shooting took place near Wilson Heights Avenue and B Avenue around 1 a.m. Officials said the victim was transported with life-threatening injuries.
