PORTSMOUTH, Va. — The Virginia State Police has canceled a CODI alert for Iyanah Nevaeh-Sky Pitts, 14, after she was found safe Saturday.

The Portsmouth Police Department had issued the alert after Pitts was last seen on Thursday in the 1400 block of Elmhurst Lane wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.

Officials say the child has been located and is safe.
