Gov. Janet Mills ordered flags lowered to half-staff statewide from sunrise to sunset Saturday in remembrance of the victims and to honor the survivors on the two-year anniversary of the state's deadliest mass shooting.
Eighteen people were killed and many others were injured when Robert Card opened fire on Oct. 25, 2023, at Just-In-Time Recreation and Schemengees Bar and Grille in Lewiston .
