A house that sold for $3.2 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in West Orange in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 15 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $800,126. The average price per square foot was $358.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 13 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A sale has been finalized for a single-family house at 33 Mitchell Street in West Orange. The price was $600,000. The house was built in 1912 and the living area totals 2,142 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $280. The deal was finalized on Aug. 25.
