The Latest Storm Tracker Forecast from Meteorologist Kevin Appleby:
High pressure to our north and west will provide enough of an influence to our weather this weekend to give us more sunshine and primarily dry conditions. Temperatures, however, stay seasonably cool as we wrap up October.
Morning sun will fade behind a few more afternoon clouds, but it won't turn as cloudy as recent afternoons. High temperatures, despite more sun, will slide down further, with upper 40s and lower 50s on tap. There will be a bit of a breeze to reinforce the cool feel.
Late-day clouds will stick around for much of the overnight hours, with temperatures dropping down into the upper 20s to mid 30s. Winds will go calm, so watch out for patchy fog Sunday morning where breaks in the clouds are able to develop
