During the past week, a total of 33 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $646,427. The average price per square foot was $416.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 13 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $750K, single-family home at 5 Teton Place

The property at 5 Teton Place in Old Bridge has new owners. The price was $750,000. The single-family house was built in 1965 and has a living area of 1,870 square feet. The price per square foot was $401. The deal was finalized on Sep. 26.
