PHOENIX — Authorities issued a SAFE Alert on Friday for a 23-year-old man last seen in Mesa.

Antonio Ayala was last seen near Main Street and Power Road around 4:30 p.m., according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Ayala is described as a Native American man with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and black jeans.

DPS said Ayala suffers from a medical condition that can cause him to become easily lost or confused.

Anyone with information on Ayala’s whereabouts is asked to call the Mesa Police Department at 480-644-2211.
