PHOENIX — A new restaurant celebrating coastal Mediterranean cuisine will open on Wednesday in Old Town Scottsdale.
Pinyon is the latest concept by Hi Noon Hospitality, the team behind Buck & Rider and Ingo’s Tasty Food.
The menu features flavors from more than 20 countries and has items like fresh crudos, house-made pita, vibrant seasonal salads, pasta, dips, spreads and dishes straight from an open flame grill.
The origin story of the restaurant revolves around travel and connections, according to Hi Noon CEO and Founder Adam Strecker.
