BLOOMINGTON – UCLA's season can be split neatly into two parts, demarcated by the firing of head coach DeShaun Foster after a 1 1/2 seasons at the helm.
When Foster was leading the team and former IU quarterbacks coach Tino Sunseri was the offensive coordinator, the Bruins were arguably the worst team in the power conferences, going 0-3 and losing the final game of Foster's tenure, 35-10 to New Mexico.
