The Las Vegas Raiders are going into their bye in Week 8 looking for answers on how to fix the season after a rough 2-5 start in head coach Pete Carroll's first season.

In Week 7, the Raiders got a crushing wake-up call when the rival Kansas City Chiefs blanked them in a 31-0 rout at Arrowhead Stadium.

Las Vegas has many problems on both sides of the ball, but the offense is the most glaring weakness. The Raiders have been held to nine points or fewer in three of their first seven games. Those aren't the results many expected after the team made Chip Kelly the highest-paid coordinator in the league at $6 million per season.
