WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) -- An 18-year-old man is dead after a drive-by shooting outside a Halloween party in West Valley City early Saturday morning, according to West Valley City Police.
Just before 12:40 a.m. on Oct. 25, officers responded to a shooting on the 4700 block of W Palmer Drive in West Valley City. According to police, a Halloween party was taking place with around two dozen teenagers and young adults in attendance.
During the party, an individual identified as Allen Montelongo, 18, reportedly drove by in a vehicle and fired at a group standing in the road outside of the party, striking a 16-year-old male.
