The body of a "beautiful and talented" young woman was discovered in her Bolton flat a year after she died. Charlotte Leader, 23, was found deceased in her Newbury Walk flat in Bolton, Greater Manchester, during a police welfare check on August 6, as revealed at Bolton Coroner's Court . ‌
