Recently, I was having lunch with my beloved friend Sharyn when I mentioned how anxious I was. She nodded and said calmly, “Yep, you’re the most anxious person I’ve ever met.” But then she said something startling. “You vibrate on a frequency I’ve never felt or seen before in anyone.
