3Utica, NY – A 21-year-old Whitesboro woman has been charged after police say she caused more than $7,000 in damage to a vehicle that was smeared with condiments and scratched in a downtown Utica parking lot.
Utica Police said the incident occurred on August 25 behind 287 Genesee Street, where officers responded to a report of criminal mischief.
Investigators determined that the vehicle had been covered in ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and eggs, along with extensive scratching across the body panels.
