Two people were killed and several others were critically wounded in a mass shooting at a large party in North Carolina early Saturday morning, according to police .

The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office said in an update that a total of 13 victims were shot at the party. The incident unfolded outside Maxton, about 95 miles southwest of Raleigh near the South Carolina border.
