1NEWARK, NJ – A man stumbled into a Newark police precinct early Monday morning, bloodied and seeking help after being beaten by two men outside a Ferry Street venue.
The assault unfolded around 4 a.m., when the victim and a friend were targeted by two men making verbal taunts.
Moments later, the confrontation turned violent in a nearby parking lot, leaving one man injured and two suspects on the run.
