A Dorchester man is charged with paralyzing an innocent woman after shooting some 20 shots at someone else in the middle of the afternoon in Roxbury earlier this month.
“My heart goes out to this innocent victim, who was doing nothing more than walking from a doctor’s appointment on a weekday afternoon before getting hit by a bullet meant for someone else,” Suffolk DA Kevin Hayden said. “This is one more terrible outcome of too many guns on our streets and too many people willing to use them anywhere, anytime.”
