LIBERTY COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - A Hinesville woman charged in a man’s death is out on bond while her case makes its way through the courts.

Aviance Lashay Walker was arrested by Hinesville Police on September 25th for a fatal DUI accident.

After 21 days in jail, she was released on a $20,000 bond while her case moves through the courts.

Walker is charged with homicide by vehicle-felony leaving the scene, hit and run resulting in serious injury or death, and felony tampering with evidence.

This is all in relation to a crash back on August 16th that killed 52-year-old Hughey Hoak. You can find coverage of that accident here .
