WATERLOO, Iowa (KWWL) -- Despite cloud cover and fall-like temperatures, Saturday was a good day to celebrate Halloween in downtown Waterloo.
With the holiday now less than a week away, hundreds of kids dressed in their favorite costumes and went door-to-door to collect goodies at participating businesses.
The city's annual downtown treat-or-treat event was sponsored by Main Street Waterloo.
The event featured activities, games, and of course, plenty of candy.
