SRINAGAR : Police on Sunday morning arrested two individuals during a patrol in Srinagar’s Habbakadal–Gowkadal area and seized a large quantity of contraband capsules and cash from their possession. Follow Us On G -N e w s | Whatsapp

Police said, during routine patrolling from Habbakadal to Gowkadal, two individuals coming from Gowkadal towards Ganpatyar tried to flee upon seeing the police party. However, they were tactfully apprehended.

The duo was identified as Zameer Ahmed Matta, son of Gulam Rasool Matta, resident of Basant Bhag, and Irfan Ahmed Jogi, son of Gulam Mohd Jogi, resident of Ganpatyar.

Upon their search, police recovered 40 capsules of Spasmo-Proxyvon Plus, 32 capsules of Spas Core-von Plus, and cash amounting to Rs 12,200 from Zameer Ahmed Matta
