A terrible road accident occurred early Sunday in Agra. A speeding Ertiga car collided with a truck parked on the roadside. The front portion of the Ertiga was completely damaged, with the roof torn off.

In the accident, Head Constable Gaurav Pratap Singh of Nibohara police station and driver Dev died, while five others were seriously injured. The accident occurred on Jaipur Highway in the Fatehpur Sikri area.

The policemen from Nibohara police station were returning after a raid in Suratgarh, Rajasthan, when they reached near the Reliance Petrol Pump on the Jaipur Highway. It is being reported that the driver dozed off, causing the car to go out of control and crash into parked truck.

The injured were brought to hospital by ambulance.
