A 10ft 'Corn Queene' is set to make its way through Coventry city centre today. The striking 3-metre-tall figure made from wheat, fruit and vegetables which will lead the city’s harvest procession.
Dubbed a vibrant theatrical procession, it will take place from the Cathedral Ruins through the city centre to FarGo Village, alongside an autumnal Berry Man as well as dancers, musicians, and performers. The 'October Plenty' harvest festival, which traditionally attracts thousands to central London, has been revived in the city over the past week.
