KENNESAW -- Dylan Green’s 10 catch, 250-yard, four touchdown performance wasn’t enough as Kennesaw Mountain had its senior night spoiled by Villa Rica 56-35.

“(Green and quarterback Chris Miller) had a great year together,” Kennesaw Mountain coach Caleb Carmean said. “I’ve been really impressed by how well it’s come together for them this year but it all goes back to the work they put in during the offseason. It’s been good to see it come to fruition for them.”

While that duo tried to keep the Mustangs (2-7, 1-5 Region 5AAAAA) in the game, it was repeatedly stopped by a Wildcats (4-5, 4-2 Region 5AAAAA) running attack which rushed for 450 yards in the game while being led by Emmanuel Ajayi.
