ATLANTA — Three people were reportedly found shot late Saturday night on MLK Jr. Drive near Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

According to an APD statement, officers responded just before midnight to a call of a person shot. They found a 19-year-old, 18-year-old and 17-year-old with gunshot wounds.

All were described as alert, conscious and breathing and they were taken to a hospital by ambulance.

APD said the three teenagers were standing outside near 547 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive NW "when they heard gunfire and subsequently sustained their injuries." There was no indication the source of the gunfire has been determined, and no information on possible suspects was given.

Police were on scene around 1 a.m. outside Central United Methodist Church along MLK Jr. Drive.
