LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

Louisville football is once again on the move in the AP Top 25.

The Cardinals jumped three spots to No. 16 in this week's poll after their win against Boston College Saturday night.

UofL improved to 6-1 overall and 3-1 in ACC play with the 38-24 win over the Golden Eagles.

Louisville's rushing attack dominated, with Isaac Brown tallying 205 yards and a touchdown, while the Cardinals scored four rushing touchdowns in total.

The Cardinal defense stepped up to help out with two sacks, an interception, and six tackles for loss.

Louisville is on a two-game winning streak and will look to keep it up, with College Football Playoff hopes still in reach.

UofL is on the road for its next game against Virginia Tech on Nov. 1 at 3 p.m.
