Refresh for latest …: Continuing their success with anime fare, Sony/Crunchyroll’s release of Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc , has pushed the film across the century mark globally, reaching $108M worldwide this weekend.

From director Tatsuya Yoshihara, this feature sequel to the first season, Chainsaw Man had already been playing at the international box office , as we’ve reported. This session, it added cinemas in North America and another $14.7M from 46 offshore Sony markets.

Produced by MAPPA, the story of demon hunter Denji is now at a global Sony cume of $60.4M ($43.1M international, $17.25M domestic). Toho releases in Japan.

Europe and Latin America leaned in this frame, while Korea continues to embrace the movie – now at $18.8M through today.
