Srinagar, Oct 26: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said that Sonu Nigam’s live concert in Srinagar would give a major boost to Jammu and Kashmir’s tourism sector and create new opportunities for local artistes.

The high-profile concert, held at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC), drew a massive crowd on Sunday evening. Curated by a national news channel, the event marked Srinagar’s first large-scale live performance in years, set against the scenic backdrop of Dal Lake and the Himalayas.
