Nubra, Oct 26: Sanjit Rodrigues (IAS), Administrative Secretary, Tourism & Culture, Housing & Urban Development Department, UT Ladakh, concluded his three-day tour of Nubra Sub-Division with a visit to Digger village to assess the requirements for further development of tourism infrastructure in the region.

According to a statement issued here, during the final day of his tour, the Administrative Secretary visited Zong Khar enroute to Hunder Dok, where he inspected the three ancient rock-cut statues of Maitreya Buddha and patiently heard the concerns of local stakeholders regarding their protection and preservation.
