CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Myles Garrett (a career-high 5 sacks) was great Sunday against the Patriots.
The Browns offense wasn’t.
Cleveland was held to 213 yards and 12 first downs in a 32-13 loss at New England Sunday. The Browns also went 2-for-11 on 3rd down.
Dillon Gabriel threw his first NFL interception in the 3rd quarter; it was picked off by Robert Spillane who returned it to the Cleveland 6-yard line.
The Spillane pick set up Stefon Diggs’ first TD catch of the season.
Gabriel was intercepted again by Jaylinn Hawkins on the next drive.
Drake Maye passed for 282 yards and 3 touchdowns, including a TD toss to Hunter Henry in the 3rd quarter, giving the Patriots a 16-7 lead.
