Police have made an appeal to track down a missing man who vanished after an argument with a friend while on a camping holiday on the Isle of Skye over 40 years ago.
Michael Bell, from Sheldon in the West Midlands, disappeared at the age of 28 after he got into an argument with a friend about when to go back home while on a camping holiday on the Isle of Skye in May 1983.
His friend wanted to stay on the island, bit Michael said he was miserable on the trip and wanted to return home.
As a result, Michael left the island on May 14 and his friend stayed for a few more days. Michael hasn't been seen since that day.
Police have been investigating his disappearance for over 40 years and believe Michael, who worked at a factory in Birmingham, made it back
