When Foreigner takes the stage at Prospera Place on Friday, Nov. 7, longtime keyboardist Michael Bluestein will be right where he’s been for the past 18 years -- behind the keys, helping bring some of classic rock’s most enduring hits to life.
Bluestein joined Foreigner in 2008, becoming an integral part of the band’s touring and recording lineup. In addition to his signature keyboard work, he also contributes backing vocals and occasionally adds extra instrumentation during live shows.
His musical résumé before Foreigner reads like a who’s who of popular music, including tours with Boz Scaggs, Stevie Nicks, Enrique Iglesias, and Roger Hodgson. He’s also done many solo projects.
