(FOX40.COM) — The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced that the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program issued that no benefits will be issue on Nov. 1.

On an announcement on their website, the USDA blamed Senate Democrats for not funding the food stamp program. The alert said, "Bottom line, the well has run dry."

Addressing the democrats, the alert said, "They can continue to hold out for healthcare," on the official USDA website. "We are approaching an inflection point for Senate Democrats."
