BULDHANA: After a dispute with his wife, a man murdered his two twin daughters by slitting their throats on the day of Diwali. To destroy evidence, he dumped both bodies in the forest along the Deulgaon Raja-Chikhli highway within Andhera police station limits in Buldhana district. T he incident came to light four days later, when the father reached Asegaon police station in Washim district and confessed to the crime. The deceased twin sisters were named Pranali and Pratiksha (age 2.5 years). The father, Rahul Sheshrao Chavan (age 33), has been handed over by Asegaon police to Andhera police custody.
