Police officers responding to a chilling emergency call from a man claiming he'd shot his wife were utterly unprepared for the grim scene that awaited them. ‌

Dave Meyer, who was 69 when he shot his wife , rang 911 from his home in Roy, Utah on January 21, 2023, confessing to the operator that he'd shot 62-year-old Suzanne Meyer in the head. ‌

Upon arriving at the property, police discovered Suzanne lying face-down on the bed with her feet touching the floor, positioned as though she'd been kneeling. ‌
