Caesar Rodney earned the No. 1 seed when the DIAA announced its girls volleyball tournament bracket on Oct. 26.

The Riders finished the regular season as one of two 14-1 teams with their lone loss coming against Caravel, 3-1, in their final regular-season match. Caesar Rodney also lost the Henlopen Conference championship, 3-0, to Lake Forest on Oct. 25.
