Amber Davies has revealed that she cried watching Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink being eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing after their dance-off. Strictly fans were shocked on Sunday night when the West End star and her dance partner Nikita Kuzman found themselves in the bottom two alongside football player-turned-manager Jimmy and Lauren Oakley. After the dance-off, the judges opted to vote off Jimmy, making him the fourth contestant to be eliminated from this year's show. After the broadcast of the results show, which is recorded on Saturday nights, Amber took to Instagram to reflect on her dance-off experience. "A gut wrenching evening in the dance off, especially dancing against two of the most amazing people I've met on this experience, @official_jfhasselbaink & @laurenmayoakley," she wrote. "I feel extremely lucky & thankful to be able to experience Halloween week on strictly, but there will be two very special people missed. If you voted for us really really thank you, I guess this week we aim for a come back week?! @nikita__kuzmin thank you for holding my extremely shaky hands extra tight." The former Love Island star also posted a video showing her looking tired and dispirited in her pyjamas on Sunday morning. Lip syncing to a popular social media audio clip, she mouthed, "I woke up this morning and I felt like absolute garbage. For anybody who wants to know what garbage is, I mean, it's French for trash." In follow-up videos on her Instagram Stories, Amber revealed she cried watching the dance-off back on Sunday night. "I watched the show tonight and I felt every single emotion that I felt (during the recording). I was like crying because I just love Jimmy so much," she told viewers. "I know how much Jimmy loves Strictly and I was thinking about his kids and his wife and I just thought, 'Oh my gosh, I can't believe these are the cards we've been dealt with.'" Amber then urged her fans to vote for her and Nikita next week because she is "besotted with the whole shebang". The stage star joined the series at the last minute to replace Dani Dyer after she sustained an injury.
