Jaylen Brown is listed as questionable on the Celtics injury report ahead of the 8 p.m. Monday game against the Pelicans in New Orleans. Brown has dealt with a left hamstring strain the past couple weeks, which he called a “little tight” following the Pistons loss Sunday .
“Starting a year off with a hamstring strain is not ideal,” Brown told reporters in Detroit. “Those first two weeks, which we’re in, high-risk (of re-injury). So I just need to make sure I’m getting my recovery, taking care of my body.”
Jayson Tatum also remains out with his right Achilles repair. Notably, Luka Garza (concussion protocols) and Derrick White (right ankle sprain) aren’t on the injury report. They were both listed ahead of the Pistons game before being upgraded to available, so it seems they’re fine go
