PADUCAH, Ky. (KFVS) - A Grand Rivers, Kentucky man is accused of breaking into a Paducah apartment and threatening a couple.

Martin J. Biehle, Jr., 54, was arrested on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree stalking, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, intimidating a participant in a legal process and violations of conditions of release.

According to Paducah police, they responded to a home in the 3000 block of Clay Street around 8:37 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22 for a reported home invasion.

Officers say a couple returned to their home and as they were entering their apartment, a man who appeared to be a black male, caught the door and entered behind them.

The man allegedly pointed a gun at the couple and indicated he wanted to talk with them. H
