1BUFFALO, NY – Two people were taken into custody Sunday afternoon after reports of several armed individuals roaming the Donovan Drive Apartments prompted a large police response.

Officers arrived shortly after 4 p.m. and saw two males carrying firearms before both fled in opposite directions.

One suspect ran west and was apprehended behind True Bethel Baptist Church, while another fled east and was captured nearby on Donovan Drive.
