RED HOOK — THE BROOKLYN MARINE TERMINAL PLAN is now in the “scoping phase” of the city’s environmental review process. An in-person scoping hearing will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 6 p.m. at the Joseph Miccio Cornerstone Community Center Gym, 110 W. Ninth St., Red Hook. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide three minutes of public testimony. Register online on Eventbrite.

A repeat scoping hearing will be held virtually on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 4 p.m. via Zoom . A third, in-person scoping hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 1, 6 p.m. at 125 Summit St. The public comment period, originally set to end Nov. 10, will now be extended to Dec. 11.
