Widespread rain across Gujarat on Monday morning; Saurashtra records highest rainfall October 27, 2025

Ahmedabad: The heavy downpour continued in several parts of Gujarat this morning as well, with Rajula in Amreli district recording the highest rainfall of 6.22 inches during the four-hour period between 6 am and 10 am.

According to data released by the State Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC) in Gandhinagar, among other talukas that received heavy rain, Mahuva in Bhavnagar recorded 3.38 inches, Galteshwar in Kheda and Vallabhipur in Bhavnagar each received 3.15 inches, while Lilia in Amreli saw 3.07 inches and Savar Kundla in Amreli recorded 2.87 inches of rain.
