(KRON) — An at-risk 15-year-old girl was reported missing in Petaluma Monday.

The teen, Ida Nelson, was last seen at 8:30 p.m. near Luchessi Park, according to the Petaluma Police Department.

Nelson is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall with blonde hair. She weighs approximately 120 pounds.

“She was last seen wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt, red and black pajamas and gray socks,” Petaluma PD said.
