Lincoln University President Brenda Allen spoke on Tuesday in the wake of the shooting.
There are still many unanswered questions as investigators try to track down additional suspects.
Authorities believe there were multiple shooters.
While one man was taken into custody on a gun charge, no one has yet been accused of Saturday night's deadly violence.
