Measles, once considered eliminated in the United States, is spreading again. Utah and Arizona, which together recorded more than 100 cases in recent weeks, are just the latest states reeling from falling vaccination rates nationwide. In some schools in Texas, which experienced the worst outbreak this year in decades, less than half of kindergartners were vaccinated against measles, mumps and rubella.
