NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has again extended the hearing in the CMRL Exalogic monthly payment case involving Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan's daughter T Veena. The hearing was again extended because the lawyer for the central government and the SFIO did not appear. The case will be considered again on January 13 next year.
Advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for CMRL, argued in the court that the SFIO was not serious about the case. CMRL had applied to the court seeking a report of the ROC (Registrar of Companies) investigation. The High Court, which issued a notice to the investigating agency accordingly, ordered that the report be submitted through the ASG.
