Leadfooted drivers in Arizona whose licenses are in jeopardy of being revoked or suspended could someday opt for new technology that tames their speeding habits.
Rep. Quang Nguyen, a Prescott Republican, said in a Oct. 27 news conference he'll introduce a bill when the state Legislature starts up again in January to allow motorists to install "intelligent" speed limiters in their vehicles instead of being denied their driving privileges.
