The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Tuesday, October 28 approved the Terms of Reference of 8th Central Pay Commission . The 8th Central Pay Commission will function as a temporary body, consisting of a Chairperson, one Part-Time Member and a Member-Secretary, said Finance Ministry.
